Who We Are

Heart of the Islamic Community

Al Bukhary Masjid is a center dedicated to spreading the Qur’an and authentic Sunnah according to the understanding of the righteous predecessors (Salaf) of the Ummah. It provides a welcoming environment for worshippers, free from discrimination or bias.

It also serves as a school for nurturing Kurdish children, helping them uphold Islamic morals and the Kurdish values and traditions with which we were raised from an early age.

Islamic Education

Comprehensive Madrasa for children and adults, focusing on Quranic memorization, Tajweed, and Islamic studies.

View Lectures

Zakat & Charity

Collection and distribution of Zakat, Sadaqah, and running food banks for the less fortunate in our community.

Marriage (Nikah)

Official Islamic marriage ceremonies, pre-marital counseling, and family dispute resolution services.

Funeral Services

Complete Janazah services including washing (Ghusl), shrouding, funeral prayer, and burial arrangements.

Our community is growing rapidly, and our current facility has reached its absolute limit. To accommodate everyone, we are embarking on an ambitious journey to build a modern, purpose-built Masjid that welcomes thousands, fosters education, and strengthens our community spirit.

Larger areas for both brothers and sisters so no one is turned away or forced to pray on the pavements during Jummah.

Dedicated spaces for madrassa, evening, and weekend classes to support education and personal growth.

An upgraded wudhu area, dedicated spaces for teacher training, and expanded community services.

Ample parking to accommodate commuters and reduce the impact on local residents.

Why Now?

Over the past 13 years, we have completely exhausted our current land. We urgently need a new premises to sustain our growth.

The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said: "Whoever builds a Masjid for the sake of Allah, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise."
